The Challenge

Finlandia Cheese hired Sidian Consulting to provide several dynamic features to their website. We worked with Zullo Associates, designer of the website, to add enhancements such as dynamically-generated coupons, store locator, quarterly newsletters, and an administration portal for employees.

The Solution

Create an administration portal that includes the following management areas:

• Customer Database Management
• Store Locator Listings Management
• T-Shirt Contest Management (Track and randomly choose monthly contest winners)
• Coupon Management (track downloads, generate custom reports)

Create a newsletter that works in conjunction with the Constant Contact email campaign to notify customers of newsletter releases, special offers and coupons.

• Import/Export of customer data to and from administration portal and Constant Contact database
• Tracking of opened campaign emails with special code built into the HTML of newsletters.

The Results

A website management portal that allows employees to review, import and export data, manage contests and coupons and store information in one place.
