Case Study: Aversana at Hammock Bay

The Challenge

Aversana at Hammock Bay is among one of the luxury tower residences in the Hammock Bay Golf and Country Club Gated Community. Sidian Consulting was hired to re-write the private members area of the existing website.

The Solution

The members-only portal was written to:

• Allow members to login and update all of their personal information.
• Allow members to view financials, building updates, newsletters, board minutes (for board members only), and a member directory (for members who have opted in only).
• Allow administrators to manage building Unit information and member information on an overall level.
• Allow administrators to view audit logs of activity in the members section.

The Results

A new members portal that allows members to manage and view information on an as-needed basis, freeing up time for Aversana’s staff to concentrate on immediate and pressing matters and remove a lot of repetitive, daily data management.
