The Challenge

j2n Architecture’s design approach is one that is open-minded and not fixated upon certain architectural styles. The firm specializes in residential additions, alterations, new homes, and commercial spaces. Sidian Consulting was hired to re-design the existing website and build management and client portals.

The Solution

Adobe Contribute was used for management of basic content.

An administration area was built so projects can be managed dynamically.

A client portal was built for client review and electronic signing of documents.

• Allow clients to review, comment on and approve (digitally sign) design documents.
• Track clients’ document comment history in a threaded format.

The Results

A new web presence with functionality that allows for management of website content, facilitates company-client interaction with surveys and projects, and creates a fluid document review and approval process for both company and clients.
